Take your time moving towards the center of the map with both groups of your allies and keep yourself healed up.
Just make sure that you do not lose any of your characters to costly mistakes. There is no need to do anything else special for this chapter. Most of the time these spots won’t have anything really valuable so it’s not really worth your time if you have to go out of the way. Take your healer (probably) on each side up to or down respectively to these points. There is a village next to each spawn point. There are some items on the map that you can pick up that will be helpful. Keep an eye on the relationships that the different characters have because your forces will need to be strong if they are split up.
Plan your squad accordingly and try to bring a healer on each side. Half of them is on the right side and half of them left. The Champions of Yore 2 is on the exact same map as The Champions of Yore 1 except it has a little bit of a twist.
